Summer playgrounds kick off in Austin with crafts and games
The city launches summer activities at 12 parks from 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday for ages five to nine. A tumbling and gymnastics program for girls aged nine to 11 opens with a 1:30 p.m. meeting at Shaw Gym.
