Rose Creek runners head to State Class B meet at St Cloud Apollo
Rose Creek will send four runners to the State Class B track meet at St Cloud Apollo next weekend. At the Region One meet in Hammer Field Rose Creek won the 88 yard relay in 1 34.0 and Craig Nelsen tied for top 100 yard dash time with 10.0 seconds the fastest in Region One this year. Grand Meadow and Hayfield qualifiers came in the discus with Doug Edge winning 142 11 and Swanson second 141 52. Rose Creek placed eighth in team standings with 12 points as 31 squads scored.
