It claims distinct vision to objects twenty to thirty feet below the surface beyond ordinary eye range. It explains that under water the eye loses extended vision and requires a different focus. Spectacles to adjust this focus are made by placing two watch crystals back to back or with concavities outward. Try it and be surprised.
