Governor Orders National Guard Troops to Shenandoah
Harrisburg July 31 Governor Stone orders the Eighth and Twelfth regiments and the Governor's troop of the Pennsylvania national guard under General J P S Gobin to Shenandoah. About 1,500 troops leave by special train and reach by daybreak as Private Secretary Gerwig reports progress to the governor.

Indictments Returned Against Ames and Associates in Extortion Case

Sudden Squal Capsizes Boat Near St Peter
