Army Captain Dies in Viet Cong Ambush near Saigon

In a battalion strength attack 40 miles north of Saigon, a U.S. Army captain and at least 23 Vietnamese soldiers were killed. The Viet Cong fled as government paratroopers aided by relief forces arrived.
