Fidler Charity Agrees to Quit and Dissolve

The National Kids Davy Foundation headed by Jimmy Fidler plans dissolution under Superior Court review. State Attorney General Edmund G. Brown says the court and his office will determine charity disposal of about $350,000 remaining from more than $4 million raised, after pens and mailing costs were funded.

Alert Shoe Shine Boy Spots Killer

An alert shoe shine boy who read an Associated Press report tipped police to a 15 year old from Sherburn Minnesota who confessed to killing his parents and grandmother. Richard Wisdorf admitted killing Tony J Wisdorf a Sherburn grocer Myrtle Wisdorf and Augusta Larson. He waived extradition and was placed in solitary awaiting Minnesota officers who planned to take him back to Sherburn. He showed no remorse and slept in his cell. Floyd Kirby recalled a blue jacket with Sherburn on the back and led officers to the theater arrest.

Army to Use Humanity for Cpl. Dickenson

President Eisenhower said the FTC will conduct a full scale investigation into rising coffee prices and possible law violations. He noted the probe began January 13 and aims to determine if trading restrictions harmed competition. He also commented on Berlin talks and Bricker treaty issues. The Army will handle Cpl. Edward S.
