A three story Ingleside apartment building at 116 Oak Grove in Minneapolis burned early today forcing about 100 residents to flee. Four alarms sent five firefighting units. six firefighters were overcome by smoke and one elderly woman was carried out. UN Plan for Peace Voted Impossible by Red China
Peiping radio in Chinese said the UN five point cease fire plan for Korea and Far Eastern issues is impossible. Premier Chou En-lai sent the message to UN officials in New York for transmission to the General Assembly. New York UN HQ reported no reply at the time.
