State man dies in truck mishap near Lake Andes
Milo Atkins, 55, of St. Paul Minnesota, was killed Saturday when his pickup struck a bridge on Highway 18 south of Lake Andes. Atkins worked on an Army Corps of Engineers project and was alone in the vehicle. He will be buried in Huron, his former home.
