Snow will fall tonight with a drop in temperatures. Wednesday looks fair with continued cold conditions and sun returning after overnight precipitation.

President Taft will honor English explorer Lieutenant Sir Ernest Shackleton with the Hubbard medal of the National Geographic Society. The award recognizes Shackleton for his Antarctic explorations and contributions to geographic knowledge.
