Minneapolis February 2 Ernest Johnson a fifty year old Excelsior resident was killed by an Excelsior street car bound for Minneapolis. The motorman says Johnson lay across the track and he did not see him in time to avoid the crash.

Masked robbers rob Mohawk Saloon in Goldfield

Three masked men held up the Mohawk saloon in Goldfield Nevada or robbed the place of over 5000 dollars. Twenty men were forced to line up while the robbers opened the safe and escaped with the loot. No further molestation reported.
