City and Board Reach Interim Loan Pact Over Funds
Austin officials and the Electric Light Power and Water Board tentatively resolved a dispute over 8000 dollars in board funds. The board will loan surplus to the city with repayment due after July 1 1909, while recognizing the arrangement as a loan rather than a gift.
