Catholic Extension Society organized in Chicago
A Chicago meeting at Archbishop Quigley’s residence formed the Catholic Extension Society, the church’s major missionary movement in the United States. A constitution, officers, and a governors board with Archbishop Quigley as chair were elected. Headquarters will be in Lapeer Michigan and the society will be incorporated there. Executive officers include President Rev F C Kelley and vice presidents Rev J T Roche Rev F J Van Antwerp and A V D Watterson. William P Green will be treasurer and M A Fanning secretary.

Burglar Attack Kills Asbury Park Woman at 151 Main
