Weekly Review or Trade General Tendency Toward Improvement
Bradstreet's review notes little week to week change in trade crop and industrial reports but a general trend toward moderate improvement. Openings for full business in August draw buyers back, with New York showing activity as auctions near and sellers await cotton and woolen demand. Central West Northwest and the South report the best tall trade while buying remains conservative and factories run on orders.
