State Mother Son Slain in Idaho Home
A Minnesota woman Nancy Johnson 22 and her two year old son Danny were found slain in Mountain Home Idaho. Nancy was stabbed multiple times and Danny lay in her arms. Airman 1C Alec Johnson 30 of Aitkin Minnesota, based at Mountain Home Air Base, returned home to discover the bodies. Wendy Lynn the couple’s infant daughter born Aug 12, is in hospital with a minor ailment. Police reported the woman’s body was found in a hallway near the back door and purses with unknown money were missing near a reservoir. Johnson has been at the base since Dec 1 1960. His parents live in Aitkin. Nancy was from Hill City Minnesota. her parents are Chester and [Foster].
