King City Calif September 8 Forty persons cut off by fire in Tassa Jara Hot Springs resort in Los Padres National Forest were reported safe by District Ranger Henry Branagh. He reached the Springs and said two bridges on the road were burned and the ground was hot. The two story hotel burned and several cabins were destroyed. The fire started in a cabin and burned away from the resort, saving the lives of the resort ists.
