Engineers Host Sessions on Stress Analysis

Engineers gather for a two day symposium on experimental stress analysis sponsored by the University of Texas College of Engineering. Arthur C. Ruge of Cambridge mass spoke to about two hundred experts and students at the opening. Sessions alternate between the Materials Testing Laboratories and Hogg Auditorium with Tuesday morning in Hogg Auditorium. Dean Woolrich opened the event with a welcome address.
