Mrs Conn R Isaacs wife of Milam County auditor died at home Sunday night after a sudden heart attack following church attendance. A lifelong Rockdale resident she was daughter of the late E G Simms. Funeral 10 30 am Tuesday Phillips and Luckey Chapel Rev C Edward Fraim. Burial Old City Cemetery. Survivors include husband Conn R Isaacs Jr and three sisters Mrs Bessie Phillips Mrs Lottye Wallis Mrs Ola White all of Rockdale and brother Robert Simms of Pelly.

Since March 1946 instructor Sam M Heyser has led a 25-student program with strong theory and hands on work. The shop, remodeled from Lee County Fair property, features full overhaul gear including a cylinder boring bar valve refacing, main bearing rebuilding, engine tune up, hydraulic lift and air compressor.
