The groom from La Grange, a La Grange High School graduate, hosts a buffet reception at the groom’s parents home. They will reside in La Grange where he is employed.

Mrs Whitfield celebrates 80th birthday in Georgetown
On her 80th birthday Mrs. P. N. Whitfield was honored at a dinner hosted by her children at home in Georgetown. All but one child attended with spouses and 13 grandchildren joined nearby guests. Born in Tullahoma Tennessee she moved to the area 53 years ago and her husband died in 1924 after farming near Jarrell.
