Austin High School Approved by Accrediting Association

The Southern Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools lists Austin High as approved after a prior probation for high student load per teacher. Principal T Baker said the warning was rescinded and the school fully meets standards following staff additions that reduced caseloads.

No will was located for the estimated 250000 estate of Miss Susan Hancock Stalnaker 72 found dead in a squalid Guadalupe Street home. Salvation Army to Receive Food Through City Barrels

Fredericksburg Man Injured in Collision

A midnight auto-truck crash two miles east of Bastrop on US Highway 290 left Fredericksburg resident Mark Marlow with facial injuries. He was thrown from the overturned truck and hospitalized in Bastrop. Drivers Joseph Stolarz of Los Angeles and William Frederick Schneer of Fredericksburg were uninjured.
