Five hurt in Airport Boulevard auto collision
Five people were injured in a Sunday morning crash in the 6500 block of Airport Boulevard. Drivers were Joseph C. Jackson Jr. and Brady Walker. Patrolman Killed in Two Accidents Near Killeen
TEMPLE April 17 High way Patrolman L W Dickson and an unidentified Camp Hood soldier were killed Sunday night in two highway wrecks near Killeen. Another patrolman B J Mahoney was injured. A soldier who rode with the enlisted man also was injured and unable to give a coherent account. The soldiers had hitched a ride in a pickup truck when it was side swiped near the outskirts of Killeen and overturned several times.
