Nov 21 City Meeting Adopts Several Contracts And Appointments
The regular November meeting led by Mayor Criswell approved multiple bills including Gaff & Co. and Day firms, laid a Garity bill aside, and accepted a proposal from William Green to build a stone arch on Market Street.
