Local Social Roundup in Cherokee and Nearby Towns
Mrs Zora Hansen and Mr and Mrs Don Phipps of Cherokee visited in the home of Mrs Perry Sunday. The wedding of Mary Lou Bailey and Douglas Beck at Rowan drew many Steffens and Sauter relatives. Jim Sauter entered Alta Memorial Hospital for treatment. Local families hosted dinners and picnics in Cleghorn and Pomeroy as Silver Wedding celebrations were held for Harold and Mrs Johnston.
