School Lunch Menu Roughly September to October Week
For Monday to Friday the menu lists creamed chicken, mashed potatoes, cabbage salad, cheese, bread and mer sandwich, fruit and milk. Other days show hamburger goulash, peas, chocolate cake, orange juice, beef stew with corn bread, lettuce salad, bread, butter, fruit, milk, and varied sides including fish sticks and green beans with cookie and jello dessert.
Aurelia Lassies 4-H Club Meets at Bank
The Aurelia Lassies 4-H Club met at Farmers National Bank on Sept. 16. Roll call was A Cut of Meat. Bonnie Hasenwinkel led the pledge. A tour of Sweet's Locker showed meat cuts curing and lockers. Na dae Bruns spoke on beer. Janelle Bastian proposed a party. a committee was named. Members include Jane Bopp Julie Wharton and Janelle Bastian. Diane Sweet served lunch.
