Ten years ago Vera A Aurelia ball team won from Marcus at a village picnic by a score of 4 to 0. Big Berman Bell pitched for Aurelia and struck out 15 while allowing six hits. George Randall, a former Aurelia resident, died at his home in Cornell Town on September 17, 1875. Maxie Dylla left Wednesday for Nebraska to attend business school. Twenty years ago Eat Fraser will go to Sioux City to join a wholesale house. Chas Betcher returned from Canada with plans to move next spring. Ludwig Pingel sold his hardware business to W. W. McCall who moved here two months ago from Sioux City. Pingel had bought the store two years earlier.
