District Knights Pythias and Sisters Hold Joint Aurelia Conventions
The Knights of Pythias and Pythian Sisters Districts 1 and 2 held joint conventions in Aurelia on October 3 with 148 Pythian Sisters registered for afternoon and evening sessions at the Legion Hall. The Knights met in the KP hall, with a banquet at 6 p.m. at the Methodist church hosted by Harold Nelson as master of ceremonies. The day included installation, initiations, year-end recognitions, reports, and a grand officer lineup. A surprise 20th wedding anniversary party for Mr. and Mrs. Arden Koch followed the day’s events.
