Sixteen Men Try Out For Aurelia Baseball Team
Sixteen men attended a Sunday tryout for the Aurelia semi pro team organized by playing manager Wattie Holm. Ralph Bleyer from Schaller, who pitched well last season and has Sioux Western League rights, will be eligible to play. Stanley Pritchard of Schaller also played for Aurelia last year and is expected to be in the lineup. The club plans to schedule games against strong teams with home games set for May 21 Remsen here, May 28 Algona Brownies here, and May 30 Winnebago Indians here.

The couple were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Heimsoth. The bride is the daughter of Charles and Mrs. Neises of Kimball South Dakota and has worked in Cherokee. The groom is the son of Will and Mrs. Tolzin southeast of Aurelia.
