The district courts in Fayette Black Hawk Delaware and Cedar counties upheld a tuberculosis eradication law. Judges Eichendorff Wood and Moffit handled the rulings with three dismissals and one injunction denial after a hearing. Mitchell and O Brien counties appealed to the Supreme Court, with April hearings planned.
Officials from the Iowa Department of Agriculture report demand for cattle testing is high as funds allow.
