The Children’s Day service Sunday evening drew a large crowd and the young performers gave an excellent program. Regular services will be held at the usual times next Sabbath morning and evening. Mrs. T. L. Kenyon was a Cherokee caller Wednesday. Miss Hazel Reinier of Anthon visited with Miss Edna Lindsay Friday. Miss Lottie Lanbum returned to Danbury Thursday after a few weeks at the Lilian home. Nada and Jim Leternan, at Drake University this year, spent the summer with their sisters Mrs Gustafson and Mrs Tall. Adna Lindsay left Saturday for Cedar Falls to attend summer school. Thom Hall and others took a trip to Storm Lake Saturday. Nordstrom came from Cherokee Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Minor and family planned to move to Cherokee this week.
