Larson Receives Bell Howell School Fellowship
Richard G. Larson, Linn-Mar high school physics and general science teacher, has been named Bell & Howell Schools Fellow recipient by principal Glenn Jensen. He will study electronics at Missouri Institute of Technology in Kansas City for two summer quarters, with full tuition and a choice of self instruction or resident study.

Howell resident school during two summer sessions or a Bell and Howell self instruction program allows participants to stay teaching while upgrading knowledge. Recipients are nominated by high school principals for past teaching performance and updating state-of-the-art. Bell and Howell schools operates seven institutes in the U.S. and one in Canada. Mr Larson is the son of Virgil Larson and Janice Peterson of Aurelia.
