Afton Community Club and St Pauls Ladies Aid Report Jan Meetings
Afton Community Club met January 13 at Mrs John Pearson home with 16 members and two guests present. Prizes went to Mrs Harry Pingel and Mrs Don Goodburn. hostess prize to Mrs Myron Pingel. Next meeting January 27 at Mrs Ronald Pecks home. St Pauls Ladies Aid met Wednesday afternoon with 27 members and three guests. Martha Group presented Speak but also listen. Treasurer books audited. Bingo Party planned for Mental Health January 27. Chrisman meeting moved to January 20 with $1 material fee. World Day of Prayer planned by Group IV. Reading Remembering Great Joy given by Mrs Walter Radke. Meeting adjourned with the Lord.s Prayer.
