Cherokee Times reports that at 5 pm Thursday four persons were indicted by the Cherokee county grand jury. The defendants are Joe Henderson of Afton township for wife desertion, William Bunney of Cherokee for uttering forged instruments, Jean LaTelle of Sioux City for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, and Lewis F. Wagner of LeMars for intoxication. Jury foreman W. A. Allen announced the indictments after four days of deliberation. jurors were Charles Coupe, A. F. Patterson, Wilson Judy, John Meyler, Arvid Ceder, and J. Peters.
