The town repeals Ordinance No. 81 section 33 and substitutes Section 38 Price of Water. Building owners and property users must pay a quarterly water charge of seventy five cents per 100 cubic feet with a minimum quarterly fee of 2.25.
Ordinance No 9 amends Ordinance No 67 in Aurelia Iowa to create a substitute section 8 B for billiards and pool rooms. Owners or managers must pay 5.00 per table per month with six months in advance or prorated terms. Higher license fees apply by 25 percent. the ordinance takes effect upon passage and publication in December 1920.
