Mr and Mrs Lou Pfaff hosted Thanksgiving with sister Mrs F W McGrory in Sioux City. Guests included Fred Pfaff and Ann Pfaff a UNI Cedar Falls student who spent vacation at the parental home. Tony Klein Sr Manilla hosted Thanksgiving with the Klein children while the couple attended the All-State concert in Des Moines.
Probate in Cherokee County Iowa on November 25 1969 admitted the will of Frank Brake dated March 30 1966 executor Henry F Bergmann Jr named creditors must file claims within six months from second publication and actions to set aside the will within one year from second publication.
