Local social notes highlight visits and gatherings in Aurelia
Supper guests in the Raymond Kruse home included the Rebhuhns and Kruses among others. The Donahue and Burns families visited the Bob Forbes home. Dean Will hosted guests for a nursing school reunion. Travelers and relatives visited Aurelia, Clarion, Larrabee, and surrounding towns, with many staying overnight at different host homes. The era’s social scene shows family, friends, and nursing alumni connections across Iowa and nearby states.
