Social gatherings and church group notes from area park and homes

A series of social items describes picnics at Spring Lake park and the Larry Kelpin home with many attendees from Cherokee Aurelia Fort Carson and Quimby. Lutheran Ladies Aid met with reports on conventions and meetings, followed by a picnic lunch. Additional gatherings include a Sunday picnic at Earl Nielsen’s with Hans J. Larsen as guest and Ww. S.C. S. circle meeting with 22 members.

Aurelia Community Picnic and Reunions Highlight Weekend

Heschke spoke on Measuring Our Growth while Mrs Hodam sang with Mrs Ohlson. A potluck lunch was organized by Mrs Friedlund’s committee. Various reunions followed including Per-Cecilia, Lar rabee High School class of 1937, and a Bilbrey Miami Florida family picnic. Relatives from Cherokee Marcus Paulina Aurelia attended.

Surprise birthday hosted by Mrs Sam Johnson features Becker and Movall families

A guest list includes Mr and Mrs Ronald Becker and family and multiple Movall relatives from Newell Schal ler Marathon and Aurelia. Mrs Bernard Johnson was honored at a surprise party with ecards and gifts. The Radke family reunion drew 66 at Aurelia park with a noon picnic. Met an Et Club honored Mrs Henry Haight on her birthday with social time and a decorated cake.
