Barger Boy Released on Bail in Involuntary Manslaughter Case

Otterbein Boy Drowns In Wabash River
Paul Frazier 17 or 18, a Otterbein high school senior in the class of 1914, drowned Sunday afternoon in the Wabash River two miles east of Green Hill. Four companions tried to help as he struggled in a deep hole but were forced to retreat as he sank. His body was recovered that night by the Conners boys of Lafayette. The death mourned by a prominent Otterbein family with an expected high school graduation.
