Funeral Service for Mrs L. Brown Held at Locust Street Home
Funeral services for Mrs L Brown were held at her Locust Street home Tuesday at 4 20 PM. Rev E E Reed led the service with Rev Dr Hill assisting. A mixed quartet sang as the largely attended funeral concluded. Mrs Brown had lived in Atlantic eighteen years and left a husband three sons and two daughters. The Presbyterian church member was described as devoted to family and home and the community mourns a faithful wife and friend.
