Plaintiffs Frank Chapman and guardians of Mark Chapman Walter Chapman and Edward Chapman sue Unknown Claimants over Lots 1 and 2, Block 9 Atlantic Iowa. Ferdinand Brown died intestate in Cass County leaving heirs Caroline Brown and others. Caroline Brown intermarried Pirrow and deeded to Fannie Chapman, wife of plaintiff. Plaintiffs and wards claim sole heirs of Fannie Chapman and seek quiet title and relief.
