A Vitagraph comedy titled The Ranchmans Trust follows a young eastern man in the expansive sagebrush setting. The film features Bunny in a death by own action scene and twists as his wife is teased while the plot seeks humor through Western frontier misadventures.
Friday and Saturday at Majestie present Geronimo's Last Raid a two reel historical drama with battles and love intrigue. Also Sundered Ties a large scale one reel feature about the north vs south and sea battles. The Spry Spinsters a Billy Quirk comedy features bachelors pursued by cat-loving girls for laughs.
Get good seats now for the big attraction at the opera house next Thursday. The show is billed as one of the best attractions ever brought to Atlantic featuring Ralph Hammond and a cast including Clyde Witch and Nest Tany in The City. Seats are selling fast.
About two o'clock Monday afternoon the Anita hotel caught fire confined to the attic area. The roof will be rebuilt and ceilings replastered with total damage estimated 340 to 500 dollars, insurance on the building 700 dollars. The fire likely started in a partition near a north bedroom and the stairway to the attic. The hotel will reopen as a hotel after repairs.
