Albany Sept 26 ten developments marked Governor Sulzer impeachment trial. Jacob H Schiff testified he declined a cash return of a 2600 campaign contribution. The tariff conferees agreed on 3000 dollars as the tax free income for a single man and 4000 dollars for a married man with no child exemptions.
