Mrs Rogers testified that she with husband and child occupied the upper story of a Dallas house where Snead his wife and two children lived from Aug 8 to Aug 18. She said Albert Boyce called frequently during Snead's absence and Mrs Snead received letters signed Albert almost daily.
Chicago dispatch reports the kidnapping of Mary Reyhes, 12, from Chillicothe Missouri, and the detention of her sister Agnes Reyhes in an Evanston boxcar for a $5,000 ransom. The elder sister identified suspect Harry Greer, who is held on minor charges as investigation continues.
