Masterson’s mule team placed second, at 92 percent of its weight. Oscar Antheas Bros. placed third with 2200 pounds. Heavyweight team Anthea Bros. weighed 8670 pounds and pulled 2200 pounds. Track was slippery. no new records. Gyde led in weight class. Sulas (Sul) pulled 80 percent of weight.
