Kansas Seeks Right to Hold Roosevelt Electors on Ballot

In Denver Sept 8 a U S circuit court judge heard a petition by Kansas Roosevelt electors seeking to retain their places on the ballot against the state secretary of state. Attorneys argued irregular methods tainted electors while Roosevelts supporters insisted the ten electors should appear with the Republican ticket.
