Coroners jury rules boy strangled at Missouri training school
In Boonville Missouri the coroner's jury found 14 year old Donald Threlkeld died by strangulation in his cell at the Missouri State Training School for Boys but did not name an assailant. Prosecutor Lane Harlan said he would file murder charges against 17 year old Jerry Owens, his neighbor in the same wing.
