A letter from P. F. Bastrams of Prince Albert Cape of Good Hope describes a frightening croup attack on his son in the middle of the night. With a large bottle of Chamberlain's Cough Remedy on hand, following directions for an hour and twenty minutes the child recovered and was out of danger.
