Leonard Neiswinter, 28, of Chicago, faces a rare charge of making or exciting a disturbance in a place where citizens are peacefully assembled. He told police he stabbed Rene Soucie, 24, of Manteno, Illinois, during a nightmare aboard a Kansas City bound Milwaukee train near here Wednesday night. The case was continued until November 25.
