Notice to F. W. Edwards and all interest holders that on December 1, 1913 the Case County Treasurer sold land in Grinwold Iowa for delinquent taxes. The property, Lot Twelve Block Three Fifth Addition, was purchased by C. A. Grubb who holds the certificate of purchase. Ben A. Wood is shown as current owner and holder of the certificate.
