In Cass County District Court Iowa March term 1920 Anna Stolley John Stolley and Peter Stolley sue Ransom L Harris and others to establish title to the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter and the west half of the southeast quarter in Section 17 Township 77 North Range 36 West Cass County Iowa. Plaintiffs claim they have held adverse open continuous possession for more than twenty five years under color of title and seek a decree declaring them absolute owners and barring any adverse claims. If defendants fail to appear by noon March 2 1920 default will be entered and judgment rendered at Atlantic Iowa.
