The hearing is planned for Saturday in Washington with a Friday flight from Des Moines after a telegraphed invitation from Senator Pat McCarran. Des Moines reports four prisoners are held in Polk County Jail awaiting trial for separate murders, a first in the county. Duncan of Audubon was bound over to the grand jury after a preliminary hearing for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
