INVESTIGATE DEATH OF SIOUX CITY DRIVER VAN METER

Too much hot sauce leads to a street brawl in cafe
James Charleston, 38, went to Mark Soo's Restaurant in Philadelphia early Friday, demanded sauce, and used a hot sauce bottle as a weapon. Omaha Driver Uninjured As Truck Rolls
Frank Davis Jr a 28 year old Omaha trucker escaped serious harm after his semi trailer loaded with 26 000 pounds of beef rolled from U S 6 near Wiota. He was thrown about 200 feet across railroad tracks and found himself against a telephone pole but suffered only a sore left shoulder. The rig broke from the trailer and the meat cargo swayed on impact prompting another truck to assist. Davis said a passing car forced him toward the shoulder causing loss of control as the meat cargo hung on hooks. He was fined 15 dollars in a justice court for failing to keep the truck under control.
